Post-doctoral Fellow

PhD

Field of Research

Adipose tissue biology, immunology, obesity, energy metabolism, osteoporosis, bone metabolism

Biography

Dr. Yuan obtained her Bachelor's degree in Clinical Pharmacy from Anhui Medical University and subsequently completed her Ph.D. degree from The University of Hong Kong. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, HKU. Her research focuses on elucidating the critical cross-talk whereby immune cells regulate metabolic homeostasis in adipose and skeletal tissues.
